The Sellers Comment

"We were so lucky to have found this home, which we could never have imagined the joy and happiness it has provided us. In the 6 years since we moved in, we’ve got married and had two children and it’s because of our growing family we’ve made the difficult decision to move.

There is a very friendly community in the Close with lots of other children and a green to play on directly outside where little ones can be kept an eye on. A stones throw away is Jock’s Lane park which includes a splash pad, perfect for hot summer days, and with The Lexicon and Bracknell Railway Station a short walk it’s the perfect access point for bigger family adventures too.

One part of the property that we think is special is its triple aspect meaning there is an abundance of natural light and a feeling of space which everyone seems to comment on and we adore. The investment we made into the garden and cabin, which is insulated and fitted with full electrics as well as Cat6 ethernet (including access to Gigabit Fibre via Virgin), has meant we’ve created a perfect working from home area as well as a tranquil space away from the house for when we aren’t working. Finally, the driveway we installed has allowed the convenience of having both family cars right by the house.

We hope these additions, on top of what was already a beautiful and rewarding home for us, make it even more special for the next potential owners and the memories they’ll create."

The Area Comment

Bracknell is a hot spot for people buying property at the moment. Landlords or families have seen the benefit of great schools, council investments, and the popularity of The Lexicon shopping center.

Heathrow is 20-30mins drive, Gatwick 45-50mins, both the M4 and M3 are easily accessed. Routes to London via the train are great too and within the hour you can be in the City.

Priestwood as a community is one of the most popular in Bracknell. Bordering on to Warfield, Binfield and just over a mile walk directly into the Town Center. Jocks Lane is a popular spot for the family, The Admiral is the local pub and does a fantastic Sunday Roast dinner.

Bracknell is also well known for the every so popular Swinley Forest and the LookOut. Both are just a short drive from the property.

The Agent Comment

"I have helped sell many properties in the area but what I love about this home is the extra features that do not come as standard in the area. Having the green to the side and front means the triple aspect living room windows are very private. The curb drop and being an end of terrace means the property has excellent parking to the side. Also, the current sellers have done a great job upstairs with the family bathroom. These properties would normally have a small bathroom and a separate WC. The sellers have not only knocked the wall through but also added a shower into the connecting landing cupboard meaning the family bathroom is much bigger and it looks lovely too!"
