We have absolutely loved living in this house! The open plan kitchen/ dining area leading out to the Garden, made it the perfect house for entertaining our friends and family. Especially in the summer for a bbq.

When looking for a 2 bedroom house originally, no where compared for space. The house feels spacious throughout, with two great sized bedrooms and a good sized garden for a new build.

Hatchwood Mill is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a real sense of community to the development. The house is ideally located between Wokingham and Reading, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. As well as lots of lovely walks nearby, including Dinton Pastures.

We hope you enjoy living here as much as we have!

These stunning homes are always so popular and you will soon see why. Arguably one of the larger two bedroom properties with a spacious lounge to the front, downstairs w.c, two double bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs, but the real focal point of these home is the stunning open plan kitchen/diner come family room to the rear of the property, with vaulted ceiling and lovely sky lights letting light flood straight through.

This home was built in 2019 and is also really well presented throughout so the lucky new buyer can just move straight in. Further benefits include parking to the front and the upgraded garden features, giving you a nice seating area, perfect for the summer entertaining.

Area view -

Hatchwood Mill is really well situated in between Wokingham and Reading towns, offering easy access to both by public transport links and various options for train stations not too far. There are local amenities including Sainsbury's not too far, cinema and various pubs/restaurants all within walking distance. My personal favourite point of this area is the amount of green space that is on your doorstep, there are plenty of local walks and you can quite easily get to Dinton Pastures, just perfect to have so close.
