Although it's only been a short period, we have loved living in Bucklers Park with its great community feel and having the Forest right on our doorstep is so handy. We specifically chose our plot because of the quiet cul de sac, we have great neighbours too.
Compared to other houses we looked at, Legal and General were by far the best when it came to finish and spec, we love the tall ceiling height and all the appliances are Bosch in the kitchen.
We will be sad to leave but we are onto our next chapter and know this will be a great home for someone.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling a home in Buckler's Park, this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb... This one is no different! Having been built by Legal and General Homes and being just a few months old, this home is in beautiful condition throughout. It sits tucked away in a quiet cul de sac and would make the perfect first time or investment purchase.
Upon entering there is a large hallway, which leads to a cloakroom, kitchen and open plan lounge/diner to the rear. The lounge diner is a good size and has storage underneath the stairs. One of our favourite things about the downstairs accommodation is the bi-fold doors open onto the garden creating an excellent entertaining space. The kitchen is a great spec with shaker style units and has high-quality, Bosch, integrated appliances including an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There are also lots of cupboards and enough space for a breakfast bar. Upstairs, there are two good size double bedrooms with the first of those to the front boasting a superbly finished en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is currently being used as the master and is bright and airy with its double windows. The main bathroom has such a great spec being fully tiled with the heated and light mirror. The rear garden has been landscaped with a great sun trap area at the back, whilst to the front there is allocated parking for two cars.
This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. We can't wait to take you on a tour!

Area Comment...
This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built in the next few years. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. Crowthorne's train station is around a 25 minute walk and you also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
