The seller's view... - With a really heavy heart it's time to say goodbye to our lovely home in Columba Gardens. This was the last phase of the development to complete so we all moved in at the same time and the street has been very close since. It's a no through road and we share a common area often used for celebrations and a catch up. My daughter and I have lived here for 7 years, we've been fortunate to both have an en-suite bathroom and plenty of cupboard space which was essential when sharing with a 9 year old!
The bi-folding door from the living room is a beautiful feature on a sunny day. I do hope whoever buys our home will be as happy as we have been.

The area view... - Columba gardens is a quiet cul-de-sac to the East of Wokingham Town centre. An extension to the Carillons development it is separated by a lovely shared use green space. Built roughly 7 years ago the house presents better now than new. The area is close to the new Northern relief road will take traffic away from the local routes, whilst also opening up lots of new public green spaces which is great for the locals.
