This apartment is absolutely immaculate throughout and is ready to move straight into. Having been bought from new in 2018 through Linden Homes, this spacious first floor apartment offers a fantastic open plan kitchen / living space complete with built in appliances. Its not often you find an apartment with two proper double bedrooms but with this, you have! Even better still is that it also has a family bathroom and en suite shower room. This home has plenty of storage but one of our favourite features has to be the fact you have french doors leading onto your own private balcony space which overlooks green space. The apartment also comes with added benefit of having 7 years NHBC remaining and is offered with no chain.

This was the perfect first home for my son and I. We love walking into the town centre, exploring all of the brilliant local parks and popping in for a coffee and cake at the independent cafes - Blue Orchid Bakery is a personal favourite of ours! Before I had my son, I used to commute into London and it's a six-minute drive to Wokingham train station - this was handy when I had a daily two-hour commute. There is a real community in the building. My neighbours are wonderful and we have a communal WhatsApp group - just another selling point to the property!
