The house really is in great condition having been well looked after to the current owners who are looking locally for some extra space. There aren't many houses that give you this much space downstairs with the addition of the conservatory which has had a tiled roof but still letting in plenty of light. We fell in love with this house the moment we walked through the door, it met all of our requirements with the double drive, downstairs toilet/utility and an outside space for our pup. The neighbours made us feel extremely welcome and in the 2 years we have been here we have honestly loved every minute. We are so close to the main roads A3095 and the M3 yet tucked away so it is beautifully quiet with loads of walks close by which has been a god send while working from home for the last 2 years. One of our work locations changing has prompted the move and given us the opportunity to size up and move somewhere with more land but we really do believe whoever is lucky enough to buy this property will love it just as much as us!
