I bought this property a few years ago as an investment to put on the rental market. What attracted me to it was the overall space but mainly the location as its the station is a 2 minute walk away. Its also close to other towns and great for commuting. I have always had great tenants but it is now time for me to move on. Its been a great investment and I've never had any problems with renting it to long term tenants since I purchased it.
