Seller's Views: My parents were immediately drawn to the flat by its spaciousness, it’s light and airy feel and it’s close proximity to Wokingham town centre. They loved the ‘community’ feel and friendliness of the development and spent 14 happy years here.

Ellen & Sanjay's Views: The first thing that struck us when we first walked into the apartment, was the large entrance hall leading into the vast living area and how bright and airy it felt. Being the largest apartment within the development, as well as being on the top floor, the layout lends itself to not having too many directly adjoining neighbours! Chestnut Grange also features some lovely communal areas
