Owners View - The property has been a lovely and homely place to live whilst we spent time in the UK away from our home in Hong Kong. It is in a central location that allows easy access to the main Motorways i.e. M25, M4, M1 and M40. Both Ascot and Bracknell offer a wide variety of shops. Ascot train station is a direct line into London. Ascot Race Course is within walking distance as is a 9-hole golf course. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area including Virginia Waters being just a short car journey away. Once our children left Licensed Victuals Boarding School in Ascot, we decided to rent out the property. The property itself has telephone access for visitors, a burglar alarm, beautiful manicured gardens, private parking and the communal areas are well maintained with a very active and competent Management Company.
