The Sellers View...
Very much gutted to be leaving this beautiful and highly spec'd apartment.
Having only lived here for just under a year after buying it from new. Due to work commitments, I have to regrettably leave this one-of-a-kind apartment behind.
During the year I have been living here, I have not heard a noise from anyone due to how the apartment is set back and makes use of the long hallway to make it feel truly private.

The sun rises and sets over the cricket ground providing beautiful views and exceptional light into the living room with the fantastic Velux Cabrio balcony, will miss this feature so much !! Is ideally located with local shops if you need to nip out for anything you may require. Also, it has great restaurants only a short distance away. You will fall in love with the place the moment you walk in, it is truly a one-of-a-kind apartment, if only I could pick it up and take it with me!

Best wishes to the prospective buyer.

The Agents View...
Very, very special. We really love this apartment. Walking in the main door, you have a light, welcoming entrance hall, with stairs up to your floor as well as an elevator. When you step into your own front door, there is a large entrance hall, all of your rooms run off from here as well as a utility space. Both the bedrooms are doubles with the main room having built-in storage and an en suite. The finish throughout is of the highest standards, which you come to expect with a Millgate built property. The magic happens in the open-plan lounge/kitchen. The natural light is epic, with a skylight as well as three large floor to ceiling windows that fully open out, and the middle one creates a balcony. From here you have views over the fields behind.

The Area View...
Arborfield is a small village located in the county of Berkshire, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village has a rich history dating back to the 11th century, and there are many historic landmarks to explore, such as St. Bartholomew's Church, which dates back to the 13th century. Arborfield has a community center that offers a range of activities and events for residents, including fitness classes, craft fairs, and social events. The village also has a local pub, The Bull, which serves traditional British pub food and is a popular spot for locals to gather and catch up.
