This apartment has been a well loved home. It is situated on the edge of the Woodhurst Park development at the gateway to so much of Warfield's green space. With windows all round, sunlight is in no short supply in this apartment, it comes with the added bonus of two allocated parking spaces too!

I've been in Warfield for 20 years and I can honestly say this has been the only place I've lived in since being here that truly feels like my home and I've always felt safe and happy here with my daughters. Everyone is friendly and there's a good community of families here, it's been a really lovely family home for us and we are all sad to say goodbye.

One of the great features of this place is the sun light that radiates through every room giving it a beautiful bright feel. I love the views from the windows, it makes me feel close to nature, with the stream at the bottom, the fields and trees, it's surrounded by countryside.

Due to relocation, I am having to leave, it's going to be very hard to say goodbye but I know the new owner will be as happy as I have been.

You HAVE to come and take a look at this one! It really is as bright as the seller says! It has such a homely feel to it and the views are very green! Lots of space with good sized rooms all round, great condition throughout making it ideal for a first time buyer, or any buyer for that matter, to move straight in to!

About the Area:

Warfield is a truly lovely green area and you are on the gateway to so much of it in Ferard Corner! The Lexicon is about a 5minute drive away or you could walk in around 20minutes, it has an abundance of eateries and shops for you to enjoy. Bracknell Train Station, on the Reading to Waterloo Line, is also a 5minute drive away with ample parking available.
