We have lived here for over 20 years. The local amenities are within a short walking distance along with schools and the high street is not far away either. Only 3 years ago we completely refurbished the house with new electrical, plumbing and heating installations. We also greatly increased the insulation within the house therefore very economical to run. We built an insulated craft room which is very warm. We have loved living here but it is finally time for us to move on.

Purcell Road is a popular location for so many reasons. This home sits just a couple of minutes walk away from Greenwood Road shops, where you can find things like a hair salon, hardware store and a Tesco's express. As well as having bus routes that can take you into Bracknell or Wokingham from here, there a wonderful places to explore locally such Bucklers or Swinley forests.
