We moved into our home three and a half years ago. We couldn't believe our luck at the size of it when we went to see the show homes. We fell in love with the kitchen/dining room straight away as it's so bright and spacious. It quickly became our favourite room in the house, especially for hosting! The south facing garden has been a major bonus on summer days and we extended the patio to easily fit a table and chairs on to make the most of it!

The location is ideal with plenty of green spaces around, including Dinton Pastures only a 5minute drive away. Wokingham is less than 10minutes away, Reading 20minutes and an easy drive to the M4 and M3. The train station is a 15minute walk making our home such an ideal location for commuting anywhere.
The development is lovely, very family friendly and all our neighbours are great. We have absolutely loved living here.

These really are awesome homes and having now dealt with quite a few in the area they are so popular with buyers as they are arguably the largest two bedroom homes in the area, with such a great layout.
The property is also so well presented with the sellers making some nice little changes since owning it from new.
You have a spacious lounge to the front, downstairs w.c and the real focal point of this home is the spacious kitchen/diner with space for another reception area to the rear, which in turn opens onto the secluded rear garden, further benefitting from the side access.

Hatchwood Mill is really well situated in between Wokingham and Reading towns, offering easy access to both by public transport links and various options for train stations not too far. There are local amenities including Sainsbury's not too far, cinema and various pubs/restaurants all within walking distance. My personal favourite point of this area is the amount of green space that is on your doorstep, there are plenty of local walks and you can quite easily get to Dinton Pastures, just perfect to have so close.
