Vendors Comment - My apartment has been my lovely home for 5 years. The best part of Wychwood is because it is a small private development, comprising of 5 apartments in my block which offers a quiet, friendly community feel.
I was also attracted to the property because it benefits from a share of freehold and has its own loft.
The location has always been a blessing. Camberley town and train station is less than a 10 minute walk, giving access to the high street, gyms, cinemas and restaurants. Alternatively a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction is Barossa Common, which is great for strolls and exercising.
Communal areas and gardens are kept to a high standard. The car park is remotely gated and for added security there is an external door with telephone access.

Agents Comment - Wychwood is an amazing apartment for a first time or investment buy, being so close (but not too close!) to the town centre is a huge bonus! It's a quiet location with all of the amenities on your doorstep you could need!
