'Vendors View' - We bought the property because the offer of part ownership suited us getting on the ladder at the time. We loved the area and new our family life would benefit from being in an area we knew was progressing. It’s a quiet street close to local parkland areas and a short walk from the town.
We’ve loved living here because as we had hoped the area progressed by keeping the areas of natural beauty despite so many new houses being built. We’ve been able to have a family in a flat due to the size of it we’ve been comfortable. A new school and new community has been built around us and our young family.
'Agents View' - I think this property is a great chance for either an investment buyer looking for a strong yield or a first time buyer that is keen to live in a nice area without having to spend the premium value that you would pay on a new build apartment. I really like the property because of the living space size and the parking surrounding the block.
'Area View' - Warfield is an ideal location for a first time buyer if you are looking for nice local places to walk, away from the town centre hustle, but close enough for popping to the shops. Just over the fields of Larks Hill is Warfield Street which is home to some lovely local pubs and restaurants. If you are commuting from here then you have the option to head easily to the A329m which also connects to the M4.
