'Agent's View' - I personally feel if somebody is looking to get on the property ladder or invest in a buy to let then this is the ideal purchase. Warfield is a very popular location, the apartment is a great size and with the extended lease its a perfect property for either first time buyers or investors. In comparison to the new build options that are in some cases £50k/£60k more locally, this apartment is likely to be much bigger and I feel a much better purchase option.
'Area View' - This lovely two bedroom apartment is in the small Warfield development called Quelm Park. Just over the fields of Larks Hill is Warfield Street which is home to some lovely local pubs and restaurants. If you are commuting from here then you have the option to head easily to the A329m which also connects to the M4 . You can also go the opposite from the A329m direction to the M3 via the Bagshot Road. Warfield also has the local Tesco Superstore, Library, Doctors and Petrol Station near by. Truly a lovely area to live in with great local walks and countryside too.
