I bought the property from new as I knew it would be a great investment. And it certainly has been! The property was let shortly after I bought it and has had great tenants in ever since.

The location was a key selling point for me, being ideal to walk to the High Street and having the playing fields round the corner.

I also loved the fact the property has driveway parking and a private garden space. Lots of the other properties I was looking at were large apartment blocks and only had communal garden areas at best.

I bought this property as it was somewhere I could have seen myself living in and the finish was second to none.

This property really is in very good condition and offers so much for a one bedroom home. Being that is was built in 2013 by Christopher Wren, the finish throughout is very impressive. Its a real rarity to have both driveway parking for two cars to the front and also a private rear garden when you consider how close to Crowthorne High Street this is. Once you've entered via your own front door, the stairs and landing lead you to a good size bedroom with ample storage, family bathroom and a delightful open plan kitchen living space complete with its own Juliette balcony. The kitchen has full integrated appliances. This is not one to miss out on as you won't see many like this!

This excellent maisonette is conveniently located a couple of minutes walk to the village High Street with its array of shops, restaurants and amenities. Walking the in the other direction, Crowthorne recreational ground is also on the doorstep. The home also benefits from a number of other pleasant walks including the popular Wildmoor Heath Nature Reserve only a short distance away. Its also great for commuters as it sits close to a bus route and Crowthorne Station is just over a mile away
