We were so surprised at just how spacious and well looked after this apartment is! Not only does it come with no chain, but its ready to move straight into which makes it an ideal first time or investment purchase. The main living space is such a great size and actually is much bigger than many two bedroom properties we've seen, not to mention the flooring throughout is superb and ties in beautifully with the grey colour scheme. This property also benefits from having covered car parking where you can fit two cars one in front of the other. We can't wait to show you just how much this apartment has to offer.

I bought this flat after first falling in love with Crowthorne Village. It has a lovely community feel and the surrounding countryside and woodland is beautiful; it's a little retreat within easy reach of the big city. I loved the neutral grey décor of the apartment and have done my best to preserve it to a high standard. I hope whoever owns the property next will be as happy here as I have been.

Heath Hill Road South is a lovely small development tucked away nicely just off of Crowthorne High Street. Being so close to the High Street is ideal with its many restaurants, shops and local businesses. You also have some fantastic transport links with Crowthorne station only 1.5 miles away and motorway links within easy reach to both M3 and M4 from here. If you're looking for some green space, then the Morgan recreational ground is only a few minutes walk away on the other side of the High Street, whilst you've got the likes of Wildmoor Heath and Buckler's Forest nearby with acres of woodland to enjoy.
