This first floor apartment is ideally located close to Reading West train station and the town centre. With a newly extended lease of 990 years, this is ideal for an investor or first time buyer. You really will be pushed to find a better example of a one bed apartment on the market
Sellers Views - It has been brilliant living in the development, which I have been in for the past 7 years, during this time decorating and modernising the property has been carried out. This flat is great for a first-time buyer as I have experienced during this time, with shops, Reading west train station and Prospect Park on your doorstep and within walking distance. I hope that whoever decides to purchase this property is as happy and enjoys living here as much as I have done

Area Views – You couldn’t really ask for a better location. You are far enough out of town to not get caught up in the all the traffic, but closer enough to be able to walk into the centre if you want too. There are a few local shops with Tesco express on the Tilehurst Road, plus you have Prospect Park five minutes away. There is easy access to the M4 but the train line is extremely convenient, with Reading West station no more than a few minutes walk

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – This development means a lot to us. It was actually where we owned our first property so we know it really well. We love the convenience with everything on your doorstep. The bus to town is right outside the front but we regularly walked to town from here. The communal garden is a nice place to sit and relax or work from if needed. The seller has kept this apartment in very good condition and with the extended lease, I think you’ll be pushed to find a better apartment that offers the size and location of Skelton Court
