A couple of reasons why I bought this apartment was because it was only a small block of 6 and we have a WhatsApp group with all the neighbours which is really helpful. Another reason is because of the size, it’s huge!! For a one bedroom apartment you don’t feel you are lacking space and the quality of all the finishes that Millgate Homes puts in is outstanding! Blandford House is one of 2 small apartment blocks built as part of the Larks Hill Green development, tucked away on the outskirts of Woodhurst Park. It's an the entrance to a cul-de-sac of executive homes and has walkways leading to Cabbage Hill and Larks Hill in either direction. Crayford Mead itself has a lovely approach with manicured gardens on either side and is exactly 1 mile from Tesco Superstore on Country Lane. You've got a number of local pubs within walking distance with he Yorkshire Rose being just 0.3 miles away round the corner.

The Lexicon and Bracknell Train Station are 1.5 miles away and access into the neighbouring towns of Ascot, Windsor & Maidenhead are all within a 10-15 minute drive away as well.

Ellen has the pleasure of selling these properties when they were being built by Millgate just a few years ago, and anyone who knows the Millgate name, will understand their keen eye for detail and quality above all else. It's possibly one of the best one bedroom apartments we've ever seen and is so big that it could comfortably suit someone looking for a lock-up-and-leave or someone needing an executive apartment with enough space to also work from home comfortably without feeling crammed in.
