Sellers View..."I purchased the property in 2017 as my first home. As a young professional I wanted a comfortable place to live in a convenient location for both work & socialising. The finish throughout the flat is well maintained to a high specification and good quality. Location wise it’s in a great position- not overlooked, on the quiet side of the block with shops, pubs and a mainline train station 15 minute walk away. The communal areas are also well kept. My personal circumstances have now changed so it’s time to move on but this flat is the ideal property for any first time buyer or investor."

Agents View... - Agents View...I think for just over £200k this is a great buy. It is a really quiet apartment block and the property is really lovely inside. This would make a great first time buyer, or maybe suit somebody who is looking to downsize who already lives locally. The proximity of Bourne End though for me is incredible, prices there are SO much higher and its just under 1 mile away!

Area View... - Area view...Wooburn Town is in-between Bourne End and Woodburn Green. Both have a wide choice in shops, restaurants, take-aways and pubs. Easy access to countryside, the River Thames and a train station. Its a quiet area but only 3 miles from both Beaconsfield and Maidenhead, J3 on the M40 motorway is also only a 2 mile drive away.
