Owners Comments...

Prospect House is crammed full of features that I love and is a great purchase for any first-time buyer looking to get on the property ladder.
Some of my favourite features include the fully integrated kitchen with high spec, energy efficient appliances, the ambient motion sensor night light in the bathroom and the high-pressure rain head shower.
Two things I didn't take much notice of when purchasing the property but have really appreciated during my time here are the private allocated car park, which isn't visible from the road but means I can see my car from the apartment, and the communal bin store, which means I never have to worry about ‘bin day’.
Waking up to the breath-taking views of Farnham and the Hog’s Back is something I will truly miss. Seen from the large velux windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, the views stretch for miles! Also, the skylights in the main living area flood the apartment with natural light.
The location of Prospect House is probably my favourite thing. It is only a short walk through the lanes to reach Farnham Park. Here I can walk, run, ride, play golf, football, cricket, relax amongst the gorgeous greenery or even visit Farnham Castle.
The other side of the park is Farnham Town centre, which is a wonderful quaint market town full of character. With beautiful cobbled streets and independent coffee shops, as well as a multitude of great pubs and restaurants, it’s the perfect way to spend a weekend.
Caesars Camp is also just a short journey away. With miles of walks and places to explore. From the highest point you can even see all the way to London on a clear day!
I really will miss living at Prospect House and hope the next owner enjoys their time there as much as I have.

Ellen & Sanjay's Comments...

What can we say to follow on from the owner's comments here! We both commented on how quaint the drive up to Prospect House is the first time we came here, and there is so much natural light inside the flat too. The build spec is really high with some great interesting lighting features, granite worktops, top quality doors and flooring and the way the current owner has laid it out to maximise the usable space is excellent for first time buyers or investors alike!
